All items are manufactured using the finest materials and are warranted against any material and manufacturing flaws for a period of 30 days after receipt. Any and all warranties, written and implied, are voided if items have been disassembled, abused and/or modified in any way and apply to the original purchaser only.

Prices: Since most of our items are labor intensive, and I provide that labor, the prices are fairly stable. However, prices are subject to change without notice
Returns/Refunds:
All returns/refunds are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Please follow the guidelines below to ensure that all returns are processed as quickly and efficiently as possible:
- Call 1 252 943 1346 to request a Return Authorization number. Be sure to write your RA number on the shipping label. (Returns will not be accepted unless accompanied by this number).
- All returns must be from original purchaser, undamaged with all original packing slips and documentation, and shipped back to LocoParts, 128 Country Meadows Drive, South Mills, NC 27976.
- Please include a copy of your invoice or packing slip.
- Claims for discrepancies in shipment must be made within 7 days of receipt of merchandise or they will not be accepted.
- Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. C.O.D. returns will not be accepted.
- Altered or etched items will not be accepted.
- Custom items (for example gas burner assemblies, grates, etc.) are not eligible for return or refund, or exchange.
Shipping and Sales Tax: Published prices do not include taxes, duties, brokerage or shipping costs, and they may be changed without notice. In addition to the published price, we will charge you for shipping, freight, taxes and all other expenses that we incur in connection with the shipping of your order. All payments must be in U.S. Dollars.
